DULCES LA CARTUJA COMPANY: NATURAL SWEETS WITH MAXIMUM FLAVOUR

Dulces La Cartuja was founded in 1985 and began as a fruit processing plant of the more than 900 quinces in the country property. In turn, it started to produce candied fruit completely handmade. This product so valued was one of the reasons of the company expansion. The former formulas and methods still survive in its various specialties which are combined with innovation and the permanent search for new flavours.


During the preparation of their sweets they avoid adding colourings or preservatives. The seasonal natural fruit is the main ingredient, in order to achieve the maximum flavour, along with a lower percentage of sugar that makes possible to get authentic and healthy products.

Among its varieties there are the traditional quince jellies, made of quinces selected from the country property; the common marmalade flavours such as orange, raspberry, strawberry, lemon, peach, as well as original jams made of vegetables, like tomatoes and onions, and flowers like rose petals and violets.
