After more than 10 years in the market, the “Lágrima” extra virgin olive oil renews its image. A decade of continuing satisfactory performance of an olive oil which was created to give value to the expression of the local variety Serrana the Alto Palencia and thus conquer the most demanding palates.
They have chosen to give it the name “Lágrima” (tear) for a new image with more uniqueness and character, with a stylish black opaque packaging without label that stands out among its competitors, it offers better preservation of the product, incorporates an improved cap pourer, and provides more information for the user, both in print and via QR code and social networking presence.
The new image was presented late February at a press conference at Joachim Schmidt Restaurant in Valencia, who had the presence of numerous media, customers and specifiers, and presentations by Fernando Marcén, President of Agrifood Cooperatives in Spain; Joaquin Vañó, Regional Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Water in the Valencian Region; Ismael Sanjuan, President of Cooperativa de Viver; José Vicente Torrent, President of Agrifood Cooperatives of the Valencian Region and Fernando Marco, Director of Cooperativa de Viver.
As balance of these 10 years of tradition, D. Ismael Sanjuan highlighted the importance that Cooperativa de Viver has been given to innovation in strategic areas such as partnerships, sustainability, communication, new activities that represent other niche businesses, services that diversify the local economy and its environment, and new products associated with olive oil, as well as its interests in exporting to international markets.
