Bodega Les Useres won gold medal in Canada

Bodega Les Useres, with his wine Winegrowers 86, won the gold medal in the international awards Sélections Mondiales des Vins, in Canada, an important recognition for the quality of its product. The competition, the largest in North America, with over twenty years of existence, has international recognition and it is promoted by the International Organization of Vine and Wine. The Castellón winery, thanks to this distinction, aims to consolidate its products in the Canadian market where it has been working several years. 

The Castellon brand also participated in the II Wine Fair of Les Useres in Spain, where participants could taste the wines L'Alcalatén, Route 33 and Winegrowers 86; they also took part of the tastings and presentations in the fair.

BODEGA LES USERES, AWARDED A PRIZE IN CHINA

The excellent red wine by Bodega Les Useres wineries "L'Alcalaten Tempranillo - Cabernet Sauvignon Guarda 2007", a blend of these two varieties, aged in oak barrels for one year, has been awarded a Silver Medal in the 2012 edition “China Wine Awards”, becoming the first wine in the Castellón province awarded a prize in the Asian giant.

BODEGA LES USERES AT PROWEIN TRADE FAIR

Bodega Les Useres continues its internationalization process, started three years ago, with another milestone in the history of wine in the province. They exhibited their wines for the first time ever in Castellón wineries in the most important fair in Europe: PROWEIN. This event took place in Düsseldorf from 4 to 6 March and Bodega Les Useres was part of the representation of wineries in Valencia.

In this framework they presented the new image and labels of red wines, white and rose, which under the “L'Alcalaten” brand they begin to export to European and North American markets.

Spanish winery awards. Bodega Les Useres is recognized as best national winery

On May 14 2011 BODEGA LES USERES was awarded BEST NATIONAL WINERY at FECOES (Spanish Federation of Wine and Gastronomy Guilds) national awards 2011. This sixth edition took place in Laredo which is located in Cantabria province, and was dedicated to the Spanish culinary crafts. This award recognizes the long tradition of wine in Les Useres village and also celebrates the 50th anniversary of Les Useres Winery current creation which has expanded and modernized to meet its growing needs by using the best technology for the production of red, white and rosé wines as well as for maturation in oak barrels. The permanent effort, perseverance, patience, continuous investment and ambition to do things right, have allowed it to endure and grow over time. With technology, research and experience, Bodega Les Useres control all stages of production; from cultivation and manual harvesting, to wine processing and bottling and later marketing, thereby preserving the uniqueness of all its products.
